Yes. This can be set via the iQ Ceramic’s control panel or via the Ecostrad Ecosystem or Smart Life apps.
The temperature offset can be programmed between -5 and 5 °C, in increments of 1 °C. This allows you to adjust for hot or cold spots around the room temperature sensor. You will have to switch this setting on as it defaults to off mode.
Please note: In addition to this setting, the Ecostrad iQ Ceramic has an in-built temperature adjustment which adds 2 °C to the temperature measured by its sensor. The adjusted value is the value shown on the display screen and app: if it senses 18 °C, the app and display screen will show 20 °C and the thermostat will act accordingly. The reason for this is that the manufacturer judges this to be the best way of compensating for normal differences between room temperature and the temperature measured by the sensor, which is located beneath the end panel. The customer can cancel the in-built adjustment by setting a temperature offset of -2 °C.
