Does the MOA Blue Heating Element come pre-fitted?

This depends on the product purchased with the MOA Blue element:

Ecostrad towel rails – the element comes separately and must be fitted by a qualified electrician.

Terma – the element comes pre-fitted in the Terma towel rails and radiators.
