Frost mode on the SmartWave is one of the manual modes. It will only heat when the room temperature drops beneath 5 ˚C.
To enter frost mode, make sure you are in manual mode, where the top vertical light strip has no LEDs showing. To cycle through the modes to manual mode, press the UP and DOWN keys simultaneously. Once you are in manual mode, you can move through the temperature modes (comfort, eco and anti-frost) by pressing up.
To put the radiator in frost mode, press UP until the LED is blue. You can check you are in the right mode by looking at the programming guide and checking your LEDs match. You can also program frost mode as part of the schedule in the app.
