There could be a few reasons for this:
1. Pairing mode may have timed out – Pairing mode times out 3 minutes after sounding the two pairing beeps. Switch the panel off and on again and wait for the two beeps before attempting to pair again.
2. The sensor might be out of the maximum working distance from the panel (5m) – Bring the sensor closer to the panel and try pairing again.
3. The heater might already be paired with another sensor – Heaters can only be paired with one sensor at a time (although multiple heaters can be attached to one sensor). Check whether the heater is already paired to a sensor by looking at what room temperature it is showing on the app – if it shows anything other than 10 ˚C, it is already connected to a sensor.
