Firstly, make sure the hub is registered to an account already. The Interface WiFi hub can only be registered to one account and only Technotherm can unregister it. If you’re unsure if yours is registered, please provide the serial number and the email address it might be registered to and Technotherm can check.
Next, ensure the hub is connected to the power and to the internet via an ethernet cable. Make sure the hub and the app are connected to the same internet network – if you have multiple WiFi networks make sure you connect your app to the one which is providing internet via the ethernet cable. The LEDs on the front of the hub may be flashing, if so, consult the attached guide for the meaning of the flashing and the possible solution.
