First, check that the Link symbol is visible in the top right-hand corner of the radiator control panel screen. The symbol can be difficult to see if you are looking down at the screen from above – try getting to the screen’s level. If the Link symbol isn’t showing, press the mode button for 3 seconds until the Link symbol appears. If the Link symbol still doesn’t appear, make sure the hub is connected to the app and the search on the app hasn’t timed out.
Additionally, check that you are using the correct app – Technotherm have two apps that look very similar, but are not the same (TTi and Lucht). If the Link symbol is visible but the radiator still doesn’t pair, make sure the radiator is close enough to the hub, with as few dense obstacles in between as possible. If the Link symbol is flashing, the device is linked but cannot connect to the interface WiFi hub. Check that the hub is still powered on, connected to the internet and isn’t behind a dense obstacle, like thick walls.
